Accumet Engineering, Inc. is a full service provider and we are tooled up and ready for your R and D and production work. We have the high powered laser, welding and quality inspection equipment, backed by a team with the know-how to help you with all your laser ablating, laser cutting, laser drilling, laser welding and laser marking needs.
We can handle prototypying, to low to high volume production, and blanket orders are supported from a one part minimum to no maximum limit. Emergency and rush services are also available.
Laser Processing
Accumet’s full-service laser processing includes planar laser cutting, rotary laser cutting, laser drilling, laser welding, laser hermetic sealing, laser ablation, and laser marking/etching/engraving. Our highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable laser machining staff are able to operate modern laser machining equipment and help customers who are new to laser machining, transitioning from traditional mechanical methods, or who are leveraging laser machining to provide cutting-edge products and services to their customers.
Ceramic Processing
Accumet has been providing lapping and polishing services for the most demanding applications for nearly half a century. Accumet expert technicians are able to offer an array of grinding, lapping, polishing, and machining services for pre-processing and post processing of most types of materials.
Accumet is able to offer high precision diamond cutting, scribing, dicing, and diamond-machined edge/bevels and chamfers for virtually all ceramic materials and a variety of exotic engineering materials.
Quality Assurance
We continually invest in new manufacturing test and measurement technology and quality control processes which leads to faster production, better products and material savings that boost the bottom lines of our customers.
Our manufacturing facility is AS:9100:2016 registered, ISO 9100 certified and registered with the DDTC (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls) and maintains compliance programs that support the monitoring and control of regulated exports.
