Accumet’s test and measurement equipment include our new Dragon Fire SPI-150 grazing incidence interferometer, which is capable of measuring flatness to twenty millionths of an inch (.000020”). Our Dragon Fire TS-150 Triangular sensor instrument is capable of measuring flatness from .0009” (25 microns) to two millimeters (.0787”).
